so my boss is cheating with his girlfriend with me and he know i have feelings for him yet he doesn't mind. when i ask why me of all people in our workplace. like there's other women whos more prettier and smarter and skinny then yet he does sexual things with me. i dont know why and i ask him he as well doesnt know why

Because that's what guys want and there doesn't have to be reasons behind why he likes you and attraction can change from time to time.

I don't mean to offend but maybe it's because he knows you like him. Some people, especially those who cheat in relationships, often try to take advantage of people who show attraction to them.
