Dear Op, you could've put more thought to it. You literally brought up a sensitive and personal topic, someone tried to open up and you composed a cold reply. I'd like to think despite such reply you actually mean well and care but you just don't know how to express. Please convince me that you actually mean well for its like asking;

"Who here is dying in their deathbed, I'll listen to your last words... naah, I'm sure you'll live and you'll be fine."

As if listening to the last words you promised to do doesn't actually mean anything. Idk the content, context, full story, your intention etc. I'm just pointing out that this discussion could've been better. I'm not over exaggerating or being melodramatic, but everyone in the current state of pandemic is more challenged than back before it all started.
