Hi I need help my partner and I have been together for a while but things have changed when we first started dating we both had a high sex drive but as time has gone on there's has died down a lot were mine is still super high and it's been kinda hard on are relationships I still love them and they love me but I don't know if I should talk to them and see if we can work something out or break up so they can find someone better for them
