i can’t fully explain it, but ever since august 26, i’ve felt like i’m in a different world. like all of my typical and mundane things feel off but only slightly. i feel like i’ve entered an alternate universe where things are similar but not yk? i just feel weird and quite honestly very shitty. i have trouble sleeping and just the thought of keeps me up at night. has anyone experienced this before?

I experience this during a change of seasons.
