Hello. Idk if it’s just me but ever since we had the pandemic, my life went shit as hell. Became mentally unstable lol. There are times where I just wake up and all I can think about is killing myself. There are also times where suddenly, out of nowhere, thoughts about killing myself pop up. Though I have no plans on doing so. It just scares me sometimes because someday, I feel like I might lose control of my actions lol is this normal or what

I’ve felt exactly the same way for about the same amount of time, and partly for the same reason. I still do from time to time. But I’ve found a lifeline here full of supportive people who only want to keep the happy in this world. I don’t know anything about you, but I do know your life is worth living and keeping. You can find a purpose here, even if that purpose is just another song to inspire your next goal or your life’s mission. Your feelings right now are common, but they are not the end. I know pretty much everyone here is gonna say this, but it bears mention anyway: the world isn’t as bad as you think.

Those thoughts are normal everyday thing for me.

As long as there is one tiny thing, or one person or animal, as long as there's something precious to you; you won't act on it.

Own and Dive into that love, whatever its for, whether society deems it worthy or not.

Some thoughts, like these, aren't our own.
We do not have to identify them as our own. It is simply one of infinite waveforms translated in the mind.

Consider that these feelings are something of a collective evolution. I believe we're growing emotionally, and in turn we may feel the pain of others.

Remind yourself that there was a feeling before the thought that defines it as suicidal.

We're trained to feel, then think, then act. Your brain knows the pathway it's taken for most every decision; so you're concern is also perfectly normal.

However if these are new feelings that are not entirely harbored by one individual, but a collective - then we can turn the pathway on its head.

With these thoughts; we act in oppositon. Then think in opposition. Then feel in opposition.

If you take thoughtless yet compassionate action towards something that will help either you or someone else appreciate even one moment of life- you begin to think about what *you* can appreciate more, and in turn you will feel differently.

thoughtless yet compassionate means; treat others how you want to be treated, but remember not everyone wants the same treatment you do. Don't help people based on what you think is best. That's too much preemptive thinking.

Ask them directly and absorb their needs as your own. Act without your own individual imposition. And you will breed both new thoughts and feelings.
