A few days ago I started to find everything boring ...

Time passed very quickly, and little by little I lost interest in everything, things that I liked such as books, games and anime seemed boring ...

Gradually I literally became a robot, I still enjoy listening to music, but I think it's only a matter of time before I find the music boring ...

Sometimes suicide seems like a solution to all problems ...

But, I don't want to resort to that yet, I need to find something that is not boring ... If you are reading this, could you still give me a suggestion for something that is not boring?

Well, you know, there are some fMR studies that show that when you're doing activities like watching a lot TV or YouTube or playing video games (basically activities that doesn't require you to think a lot) it feels great for a shot time, because the parts of your brain which deal with emotion are being less flooded with blood (so you don't have to deal with emotional stress) while a lot of dopamine is being released. But on the long term you kinda get numb. Nothing's really interesting anymore and you're not sure if you can feel any emotion anymore. This can also lead to Alexithymia.

Anyway, the parts of your brain which are dealing with your emotions will become less provided with blood on the run so they don't work anymore as they should. Your dopamine receptors on the other hand will become used to the higher amount of dopamine being released, so they will adapt and eventually need more dopamine to react.

To sum things up, read a book and see a therapist if you want to feel better. It might sound harsh, but I think working with yourself on your surpressed emotions could really help you. Also, talk with a family member or a close friend about your problems. Talking about it will help you understanding yourself better.
