This thread is for people to share their happiness and positivity or anything that makes them happy. Feel free to share ideas or habits that create positive energy as well.

I'll add some positivity to start! Today I was having a rough time but I am lucky to have the support of my friends. They help me realize my own worth and they help me be proud of myself when I am being self-critical. When things get frustrating or overwhelming, I realize that instead of being angry, the best way to improve the circumstance is to take a step back and understand one's own emotion. This was an important realization for me and I am thankful that I can self reflect.

Hello. It's good to hear that. Lately i've been improving my creativity to think of positive ideas and make a virtual design out of it. Sometimes it's difficult but when it works good things came out of it.
