I've been thinking of making the change from pads to menstrual cups. Never tried tampons.
I'm a 5"1 female high schooler in case that helps.
Anyway I got a small and a large cup. I also measured my cervix height, but it's kinda painful to even put one finger inside. Very doubtful I'll be able to put a menstrual cup in.
Does anyone know any tricks to insert them, or any tips on how to loosen for it?
I've tried squatting and lifting a leg up and relaxing my muscles like people say, but it still won't go in.
Plz help

Hi. If u are struggling with that try using some vaseline, fr it helped me a lot at first. Later on it should get easier. Hope it helps!

I also forgot to tell you that the position u do should be comfortable and "normal". Honestly lifting my legs up never helped me too much, so i got used to just sit like i always do on my toilet and try to endurance my back so everything fits fine. Good luck!

Im sorry but i cant help you abt how to use tampons but im going to bump this up. My mother encourage me to use pads because its a lot safer than tampons
