I dunno why but i feel so unmotivated like i got bored doing my hobbies and i feel theres something missing to me that made me stop and feel bored. I try new things like painting or reading normal books and writing short stories but days later, i got unmotivated. I want to do things that i want but i just cant.

It was started when my dog passed away a month ago because of the accident, i feel unmotivated and lonely at the same time thats why i need your advice/s or somethin

I'm sorry for what happened. I've never experienced this kind of thing so obviously I won't be able to understand how you feel but I hope I can somewhat help you.
-You could try reminding yourself of something that motivated you in the past. Then, you take that memory and try your best to find out how or why it motivated you.
-Once you do that, rather than doing the same thing, you could try another hobby. Another thing you can do is express your emotion to others. We're social beings that need social interaction to thrive. Talking about how you feel is helpful.
-You could also try to be kind to others. For me, I begin to feel better being kind. It's not as effective for me if it's with people I know so I would go online or play an online game and show kindness to others.
-Distract yourself the best you can. You can do something that you can't fail doing. Don't risk your life though just do something that requires huge focus.
-Watch intriguing shows or listen to great music. I don't know if you're into music but I usually just feel happy listening to good songs and I just focus on the song. I think lyrical music is the best because you can be engaged with your voice. As for watching a show, if you find a really good show then you will not want to be left on a cliffhanger and continue watching for a while, which can make you forget about things. Just make sure you aren't forgetting tasks that must be done in a day. Forget the past though.
-Give yourself time to heal. It takes time for yourself to be restored to your original health. Whether it's mental, social, or physical health, you need time for each of these to heal.

Also if you want to talk to someone without waiting for them to post and possibly not be available, you can use some kind of chat app like discord or just find someone that'll listen to you and meetup in the dollars chatrooms.

One more thing, don't listen to your inner negative voice or thoughts. They may come up but don't focus on it or make the situation even worse by making up more thoughts. Focus on the good things that happened with you and your dog. When you get bad thoughts, focus on the good or distract yourself from the bad with hobbies or something.
