Do you think moral laws can be universalised?

Everyone has their own form of justice and morals. It's incredibly impossible to get everyone on the right page. Even issues as big as racism, rape, murder, etc- there are bound to be sick fucks out there that will fight for these awful things. Even if the moral law is perfect for everyone/anyone, it's realistically impossible to make it universal.
