1 Name: Just read it if you want : 2020-10-19 23:05 ID:kDiWQbiE [Del]

I hope I don't bother someone here, but I can't with this. I have people that love me (at least one person does) but my mind is weird and I feel like I'm more near to death than before. Sorry for my bad english, I don't speak it very well. Just, help.

the only thing I can tell you is that you would not give up. perhaps you should find that favorite activity that will inspire you for the rest of your life.

I think I have some activities like that, but this time is kind of different. There are some constant thoughts, I think they are bad thoughts and all become like, blurry.

check your diet, drink lots of water, get vitamins if you can.

the people that love us can't keep us here. only we can. no one in the world could love us enough to make us happy. it is up to us. And who we think we are is not always who we must remain.

there is a path available to you which must come through understanding yourself. start with the body, the things we eat with too much sugar or salt are poison for the mind.

work with your habits, many ideas lead to emotions, and emotions lead to behaviors.

If we act in opposite of our behavior- we will have different emotions, and then different thoughts.

hope you can understand this.

I wish you the best! keep us updated on how you are!

Hi Omverse, I'm the girl of this entry. Ummm, in some weeks I will start going with a psychologist and I have been taking care of my diet. I dont like eating too much sugar and salt, neither fatty food, I like vegetables and fruits at least. I thought again in suicide, but I stopped. I haven't been able to sleep well and nightmares plus anxiety is killing me. Thanks for your comment and help, take care of yourself too :)

I'm not really able of offering much in the way of advice here, but I am able to reinforce what omverse said about sugary and salty foods. I used to drink pop(or soda, take your pick) all the time. Now, I've completely cut it out and have gone cold turkey on it for about a year and a half now, and I can't tell you how much better I feel in comparison. It wasn't exactly a mental or emotional change, but that eventually followed when I felt more refreshed and active during the day. Not saying its a "cure-all" but it definitely helped me feel better day-to-day.

It also helps to communicate these feelings to someone you trust, even if it is just the one person you mentioned. Talking through these feelings with someone who cares and will provide honest feedback is a good idea because then your aren't working through these problems on your own, and you'll have someone to lean on.

These are ideas that have helped me in the past, so I'm hoping they help you in some way as well.

Yo, I'm here too.
So, um, for one thing, depending on your country, there are free mental health groups that remind you to take care of yourself, offer advice on family problems, and give helpful links to articles.
Also, aside from diet, sleeping is an important one. If you can't sleep easily, consider some alternative ways of sleeping. Do you sleep in a hammock? Is there something specific that makes you anxious about sleeping? If it's something that can be fixed, you can work on it. :) Right?
I personally watch ASMR before bed a lot. A little ridiculous, I know. A few nights ago, I fell asleep to a Chinese Princess role play. She was doing my makeup! It was very comfortable! Haha.
This type of escapism might not work for you, but if you want to consider it you might as well.
Also, doing breathing processes might help you. Working on your breathing can help your overall mood, help you relax, and be healthier.
It's great that you're seeing a psychologist. I'm proud of you, strange person Diana! :)
For further health concerns, which can sometimes cause anxiety, you might consider getting a checkup of some kind. If you don't have the money for that, just be gentle with yourself sometimes, and take care. :) This may help.
Ah, I obviously don't know what's going on in your life right now, but I hope that it gets better for you soon. Good luck! Stay safe! :)
