im so so tired of my life, ive been dealing with depression since a kid, its been 10 years and nothing has changed. therapy doesnt help. im so tired i just want to sleep i just want to leave

I know exactly how it feels,so I'm not gonna act like I have some magical secret to happiness. And it really does make people very very sad when some one leaves. Even if you don't have a super loving family,you have me now. If I never hear from you,It'll just make me feel worse. I promise it gets better. Please just trust me,I know. Just try to take little steps in a healthier direction. I've been through this,I go through this. Please just try a bit longer. Feel free to talk to me all you want. I know I'm some stranger,but I really understand,and I care.

as a guy with the same problem i only can say that this kind of solutions are like a "ladders and serpents effect" or the roallercoaster efect, because as you can be happy TRUST ME it happens, life can kick your butt and make you feel bad, the feeling of emptiness is your secure because if you were always alone you dont have more to lose the problem is that you can make friends but if you lose it on the way thats the true pain, its like ; why i am making friends if they leaves me some day ( its my own experience)

the solution if you like it:
overcome that feelings, see it like a big mountain, try to beat that feelings in my opinon depends much of your determination because this requers will, you cant say
gosh i wanna be happy, but if you doesnt do anything you never gonna archieve it

get a hobby, get more interest, go for a walk, the goal is that : if making friends are hard for you, you can try be happy with yourself, beign independient the thing is never stopping to try to beat that feelings, tbh this takes much time

i have a couple of friends but even so i just feel like a burden to them. and everything i do to try to fix my day just doesnt work and i end up sleeping 15 hours or never leaving my bed

dont do that, you are wasting your life, i told ya, its common sensing that, i suggest you test your friends, you dont need ask them, just test them uhhh like asking favors or try be friendlier to them, if you dont feel something in response maybe you are right if not, then they are your friends, instead of sleep TRY A NEW HOBBY, trust me

i did the sleep thing for a lot of time, and i ended feeling that i ended wasting my free time...
