idk i cant help you kinda well because im the same as you
but if you wanna do it just think if you really wanna do it, because when you do it there arent regrets and you cand end well and become worse than you were before
that said, maybe i can suggest you if you are just "sad" and you dont burden heavy things, come on lets be honest, there are people worse than us, the reallity is everyone suffers and the solution is inside ourselves
get new hobbies, do friends online, play games, learn languages, do things that makes you feel alive

Ending yourself won't do you any good nor solving your problems. human screw up and that's fine what I'm about to tell you is hard but trying won't harm you. first you can let it go or face it head on and accept it, second if you can fix it then do it and keep trying if you can't then accept it, third and most importantly forgive yourself.
