For the past 7 (?) months my body has been acting weird. At first my spin would shiver violently and I thought it was just a weird reaction to that little shiver we all get sometimes, but I don't think so. My spin stopped shiver super violently but now my body will sometimes randomly jerk forward, or I'll be resting my arm on the table and it'll suddenly shoot up and my hand will run through my hair, or my thighs will quickly slap together and right after I'll snap my fingers on my right hand, sometimes my left shoulder will violently shrug. Every now and then when this happens I'll make a sound like "boodoop" or something.
Can anyone help me?
(And no I have yet to get in contact with a doctor)

Do you have anxiety or anything? If you're really stressed that can be what's causing it. It could also be a sign of a neurological disorder. I'd suggest getting in contact with a doctor as soon as you can.
