I need help, I think my mother is poisoning me in some form (4)

So, like the title says I'm concerned my mother is poisoning me in some way. Not necessarily a literal poison but something that would at the very least be in my food. I began to notice when I prepare my own food I feel fine but when she prepares it I always feel sick. Especially the last time she made me pizza. I felt very sick, I had a headache, I thought I was gonna throw up and my limbs were weak, like I could barely feel them. Only about a week later she also mentions my dad has been feeling sick to the stomach and refused to tell me in what ways but that he just did. My mother is pretty psycho and I wouldn't put it past her that she'd do this. I don't have enough evidence to take this to the police. Another thing my girlfriend pointed out as odd is that we have our medicine in the kitchen instead of the bathroom like most people do even though we have a couple of perfectly capable cabinets in there. So I'm wondering is there any type of tasteless anything that she could be putting in my (and potentially my dad's) food that causes the symptoms I mentioned?

Im not an expert on poisons but something that fits into the category of tasteless and odorless is called Ricin. I saw it on an episode of Breaking Bad but I highly doubt its what you ingested because apparently if you sniff the slightest amount you will most likely die. Honestly you should probably tell a trusted adult about this it seems very serious and I don't know if there are any poison experts on the dollars. Sorry :(

There might be ways you can secretly buy at-home testing (use cash instead of a card so it doesn't show up on your transcript). In any other case, I would say this sounds outlandish, but my own maternal figure is similar but she thinks everyone is poisoning her. My family has also always kept our vitamins in the kitchen but medication and medical supplies would be kept in the bathroom. Also maybe keep track of what you eat and how your feeling and disguise it as those calorie counting journals most most people on diets/workout regimes use. Good luck.
