Hello everbody. I feel so worthless and lonely lately. I dont even know why I feel like this. But whatever I do doesnt work and whoever I love doesnt love me back. Im so sad with all this and sick with my life and I am really afraid that it wont get better anymore. Does anybody have similar feelings or problems here?

I've felt that way before. I felt that way for a long time. They way that I kind of got over it was when I tried to become more secure with myself. I did that by trying to experience little things that I would have overlooked if I didn't evaluate myself a little more (like how I think, or react to things). I thought I wouldn't find love or I would fail at everything all the time. Though, after I started trying to live more than anything else is when I started to feel better. I can say now that I am pretty content with life. Things are started to look up for me and I really hope they do for you as well. Things do get better, and I hope you find that spark in life soon. It's hard, but I do hope you feel better.
