Im feeling so incredibly bored (5)

I haven't been myself lately, I feel awfully tired often and i don't find myself having fun sometimes. I stay in my room just playing video games that don't give me the same type of joy as before. I find myself getting mad at stupid things like dying early in a competitive game, like shouldn't i be having fun instead of feeling anger? I find myself distancing from my close friends because I'm afraid of feeling awkward and quiet. Sometimes i feel myself forcing a laughter or smile when talking to others. Do i really want to be alone or is it the fear that's making me feel this way. Isolation is comfortable, but oh so lonely and sad. This is probably just me having social anxiety but idk.

I think the scientific answer here would be that you've got a chemical imbalance of some sort because you play too many video games. I think you should think about your situation and what you could do to make yourself feel better, or what you can do to make yourself more outgoing. Maybe you should challenge yourself to play less video games. Or do something interesting besides video games for a day, and see how it makes you feel. Or tell your friends how you feel, maybe, that you are a little down and don't know why. Maybe they can help? :) Also drink some water, get some sleep, and try eating something healthy if you can.

Hey Xara, we meet again ;). I get the situation youre going through I've gone through it myself before. I would recommend easing off on the video games a little. Find an interesting book to read, do exercise or some kind of physical activity, and maybe try talking to new people. Obviously some of these things are complicated by the fact that there is a pandemic but it's what’s worked for me before. I for example really enjoy my time alone because it allows me to reflect on my decisions, relationships, and future. But every now and then I'll feel lonely and sad. And that's normal if you don't talk to anyone in a while. I would recommend to take cold showers those more depressing days, it tends to uplift my spirits at least. I can't promise you'll be happy but you'll be more at peace after the shower. Either way you'll be fine and you'll get through just remember to excercise moderation in everything you do.

I would suggest coming up with a healthy routine. Eat healthy food, drink more water, spend more time outside, whether it's just sitting in the drive way, going on walks or playing some time of sport. I wish you happiness !

You're starting to get depress like the 1st stage. You've haven't been motivated or neither happy with yourself so you're taking it out on people by accident. Yes take a break from gaming for now since you're not in the mood fpr fun. You want something more productive to do so do something else you love and try to relax. Just tell your friends you're sprry you just haven't been yourself and off edge they'll support you.
