Let me tell you a story... I'm poor, and I've always been poor. A few years ago, I discovered GOG.com, and I could buy video games there. I used to pirate all my video games... not any more. I need your help. I don't have a lot of money. My goal is to get $10k. An amount I can't spend in a day.

Bro, if you're really that poor, just continue pirating your games and focus on buying necessities like food. Or budget and save so you can afford to buy a game here and there. And really, 10K? For games? How many games are you planning on buying that 10K is needed? That's enough money for me to have one of my surgeries done, holy fuck.
It'd be much more reasonable to ask for the money for a specific game, but I still wouldn't expect anyone to donate.
