Im really behind when it comes to being a ylung adult ive fallen behind all of my friends and have regressed, but i wanna improve and catch up to them. To be specific i want to be smarter, braver, proficient and overall just a more reliable person in general. Problem is i dont know where to start i kind of need a guideline do any of you think you could help?

My suggestion would be to read. :) You can just start from the beginning and move up from there, yeah? Books for children that have good morals and stuff to make you think, and role models to inspire you, and maybe something to help you find an interest.
If you want to fit in with your friends, you could ask them for some suggestions, maybe, or just ask about their interests and find out more about those.
What sort lf things are you into? Do you want to develop a craft? Do you have some spare time? I might need a little guideline for your guideline.
Also, if I may ask, what age group are you in? People age emotionally at different times sometimes, so it's probably okay, if you're trying, there.

@Chipsa I’m 22 now actually. I guess I want too clear. I want to be someone who has the charisma to draw people in be smart to have intelligent conversations with people brave enough to be strong in tough times and have multiple skills so I can be ready to for anything and maybe impress people with certain skills too

Ah, okay, well. I think you have a good first step before you start already, so as long as you don't give up there, you shouldn't do too badly.
That's wanting to do it. :)

First of all, I'll get a list of books for you to read, if you like. I really like reading, so I think I can pick something pretty good.
What sort of stuff have you read? Reading is a really good way to learn new words, and get different points of view on things.

Why don't try to take care for a dog. In this way you wil become more sociable and more reliable person and despite how funny sounds the dog can teach you many things about life.

Many people dismiss his books as being hocum, but I found that Anthony Robbins' books, "Unlimited Power" and "Awaken the Giant within" Were a great start. Stephen Covey's "Seven Habits of Highly Successful People" is also a great book.

I've also started reading Charles Duhigg's "The Power of Habit", which is a book about identifying addictive habits, and how to use said habit-forming patterns to your advantage.

In addition, I'd recommend Noam Chomsky's "Manufacturing Consent" and "Killing Hope" to get a good idea about how we're constantly being advertised to.
