First of all I'd like to say thank you all, you're all wonderful people and it makes me happy that people like you are real, and they're around me all the time and I don't even realize it, I've been on here under various names for some time now. But I have to get this off my chest. Today I found out a close friend of mine shot himself, the police and the hospital are saying it looks like he'll be able to make a full recovery if the surgery goes well. I can't bring myself to talk about this to people I know in meatspace so I figured I'd offload it on here. Thank you for your time

Thank you friend, I myself am a believer but I wanted my post to be more open to others. I've been praying about it all night and I am going to go speak with the elders at the church I attend. Hopefully they will give me some good advice, they are usually very helpful people.

Thank you very much, I haven't been on for a while just been sorting through my personal feelings about everything. We actually received word from his brother that the doctors are still feeling positive about his recovery. He's currently sedated but conscious enough to be able to respond with hand gestures. Thank you for your prayers, I will post more as soon as I know.

Hey, it's been awhile but I wanted to give an update to everyone who was curious, my friend is on his way to making a full recovery, he was at a nursing home until just before the quarantines started when he was able to go home, his jaw has healed almost completely and he's now just waiting on being able to go to vocal therapy/training to learn how to be able to talk again.
