I've been getting this for years :( really frustrating when you're tired and need sleep badly but the fear keeps you awake. Only thing I found that helps is listening to recordings (like a story or something on youtube). Listening to someone else talk and thinking about what they're saying is a good distraction and I always end up falling asleep real quick :)
