I know everyone says drink milk, however that doesn't help at all. I'm 16 and 5'1 and I just want a clear direct answer as to growing taller in height. If you could help please please let me know.

I've been told that caffeine stunts your growth, but I doubt that's true cause I didn't have caffeine until after I was fully grown (and then found out I can't even have it) and I'm still short as hell.

But really... your height is pretty much determined by your genetics. There's nothing you can really do to change that. You can be shorter due to malnourishment, but as long as you're taking care of yourself, you'll grow.
If you're a guy, don't worry too much. Guys tend to have their big growth spurts anywhere around age 17-19. My brother used to be real short, shorter than me, but he shot up at the end of high school and is about average height or slightly taller.
However, if you're a girl, you're most likely done growing. You'd maybe get an inch or two more, but nothing drastic. One of my sisters is 16 and she's been at her current height, about 5'2, for a couple years. She's done. My other sister is 14 and her growing is starting to slow down.

Regardless, don't get so pent up about your height, especially since you can't do much to change it. I'm nearly 21 and I'm 5'1. It has some benefits, such as being able to pass as a 12 year old boy, so I can get child priced tickets. I can fit in children's clothes still! They're much cheaper! I like my height, even if it's very short for a guy.

Basically, just keep eating, getting enough sleep, and stay hydrated, and growth will happen. But you can't force yourself to grow more and if you could, I wouldn't really advise it.
