so this is the first time in months i have been on. i did some bad things and it is hard for me to even bring myself to go to the chat rooms and if i think about it i have bad memories come up and i beat my self up over it even though it is not my fault does anyone have words of advice.

hey anon, you've already realized that it's not your fault and that's a big thing! work through the problem bit by bit everyday and remind yourself it isn't you fault! When you do beat yourself over it maybe think "i'm putting someone, who is innocent, under loads of stress". Anon it's okay to forgive yourself!!
