I get to bed at about 9-11 each night, usually an hour after I tuck in my girlfriend.
I walk every day for about thirty minutes in total, and rest in my bed for five hours every day.
I eat generally healthy foods, and try to limit fast food to bean burritos at taco bell. The reason for that is because it's easy to ruin meat, but pinto beans are hard to make unhealthy. Sugar is only allowed in fruits/tea and in my cheat weekends. Also, lots of chocolate milk.
