I've been thinking a lot lately about how many times I could've just died.

I almost walked straight into traffic once (I was just super zoned out), but my friend pulled me back by the arm. I almost took my own life when I was in high school, so there's that.

The scariest one was when I was on a flight to visit relatives in the Philippines. There was so much turbulence, the lights were on and off and passengers were screaming. A flight attendant told us to pray. The plane suddenly dropped and I didn't know what it was like to have your life flash before your eyes until that moment. Like, in the span of a second I had mentally reviewed everything that had ever occurred in my lifetime, and it all just culminated with the thought "That's not good enough". My heart was pounding but I felt numb, it was horrifying. Rest of the plane ride was fine though, obviously. I actually felt kind of good about it afterward because wow, I guess I'm no longer even passively suicidal.

Anyway, do you guys have near-death experience stories to share? I'm really curious.

I had 1 of these, I was walking home from highschool a couple years ago now, me and my friend came to a road we needed to cross, an approaching car waved us across, and once we were on the road, the person accelerated and tried to hit us, afte rhe missed he took off, no idea what it was about.
