My sister is pregnant with her first kid and my family is happy but a new addition to the family isn’t new, got a big family. My point is I’m not happy but not upset about it. Is that bad?

Nope. Not at all. It just means you don't really have an opinion, or at least an emotional connection to the baby yet.
