So I have some problems and questions I'd like to get sorted out with you guys. Thought maybe you could have some advice. I plan on, when I turn 18, my girlfriend and I living out of our van and traveling across America, with our ultimate goal being to end in California.

Now, before you fucks say it, it's not illegal to live out of a van or RV. If you have a place to legally park for the night, you aren't breaking any laws.

My questions lie in the following:

1.Having no official residence, how would I renew my drivers license. I'm going to have a Pennsylvania drivers licence, would I need to get a completely new one when it expires, because I'm not in the same state?

2.Taxes. Yes the issue here comes twofold: I have no official place of residence to get my papers sent to me. Secondly, once we hit the road we'd probably only be making money through cash-only odd jobs, and we'd be working those odd jobs in different states! How would we do ANY of that?

1) Use a DMV yes you need a new one for a new state
2) Switch to paperless mail, email, for everything important
