From time to time my finger doesn't respond to me, mainly my pointer finger. For example, I was playing a rhythm game called Osu the other day and I was clicking the keyboard but suddenly my pointer finger wouldn't move. Is there a problem with my hand? or is it just that I don't react fast enough or what? Sorry for my bad English and everything here.
When it 'stops responding' is it extended or bent?
If this is a new development, monitor it for a while before getting it checked. Because I assume you cant get this to happen on cue, its better to have an understanding of what actions causes it to become stuck so you can give the doctor as much information as possible. Also, it may be something that may pass. Rest your hand and do some range of motion exercises.
