So i haven't been on in a few....But i've never really been shaken by death like this in a long time, i have witnessed death since i was 7, my friend of the same age hung himself in his front yard... My grandparents died afterwords and a fare few of my friends from school suffer suicidal depression... Its safe to say exposure to that isnt healthy mentally, but i can't help if im not there for them and i fear my long distance relationship rn is proof... I just don't know how i could help...

Long distance relationships are trash. That's the problem here.

You could ask them what they need to help them better
