3 years ago , there was one girl in my class(im girl as well) and she was acting weird towards me.following me ,asking weird questions,she was trying to get my attention.she even picked up stuff i threw away .whole class knew she had affection towards me.i was really rude ,avoiding her ,laughing at her actions because i had homophobia back then.after years we got along ..kinda. but our relationship included only messanging so we werent that close.i decided to see her face to face and she didnt come.i got angry and insulted her ,scolded .next morning one of my old classmate told me she got in acident and was hospitalized.it was a shock for me .i visited her many times and talked.im so messed up,like..it happened so fast .im not sure in myself and my feelings ,i think im really in love with her .but cant tell if its temprorary. should i confess to her?or not im so messed up.it feels like i cant hold feelings that long

Maybe you should explain to her exactly what you just shared with us, not just confessing but also your uncertainties.
Opening up to someone about your feelings towards them can be quite useful for both you and them.
In your case, you'd both know where you stand(-ish) and the discussion that would follow might lessen the feeling of walking on eggshells (if one of you feels that way).

As it stands you feel attention to the girl, in this case it’s best to tell her that. You should tell her that you are feeling attraction towards her but, you don’t know if it’s temporary. Doing this will enable you to find out if you are in love with this girl and, will allow for you to know if she still feels the same for you. Telling her that you love her although it may be temporary is the best thing you can do. It allows you to understand if the feelings towards her are genuine feelings or if they are caused by the accident she was in.
