Ok so like i've been going out with this guy for a few months and its pretty ok but theres this guy I work with and kinda like plus my current relationship is kinda failing. I dont know whether to break up with my boyfriend or not. HELP ME!

First of all, never ever cheat, it's the worst thing that you could do. Now, judge wisely whether or not you should break up with your boyfriend. Not just because of this new guy but sincerely, throughout your experiences. Also, don't expect much from this new guy, you might regret breaking up if he doesn't accept you.

The new guy might seem better, more interesting, more charming, but is he really?
If your relationship is falling apart, that is okay.
If you start to like another guy, that is also ok. But is not okay breaking up with current one just because there is someone who might be better.
Think about this.

Also, cheating is not ok. If you wish to be single, then go ahead.
I would suggest talking to your current bf and sort things out. Maybe he is just having a hard time right now. Maybe he doesn't realize the relationship is falling apart.
My husband and I have been in a long distance relationship for 2 years. Whenever we had a problem, we talked about it, how to solve it and how to make sure it doesn't happen again.

You should talk to your current boyfriend, and then decide if things are going to work out or not.
Then you decide if you want to be single for a while. Maybe you will date the guy from work, but how much do you know about him? For all you know, he might be a serial killer. I am not saying he is, but he might be pretending to be nice, or he is already dating someone.
