So my soccer season for the club I play for is coming to an end and they require me to pay 400 by May 15 and I dont have much of a plan and my parents will not pay for me so does anyone have any suggestions on how I could go about this?
Reach out to some friends or other family members. If not, have another word with the department about payments, there may still be a way to stretch the date.

There are a lot of ways to put money in your hand right now, you have to put forth the initiative to do so. Money won't appear out of nowhere without you making some from of sacrifice be it labor or doing without certain things.
I know you said the arrangement was to pay in full by tomorrow. How much do you have available to pay them right now? Explain your circumstances to the club and see if they will allow monthly or weekly payments towards the rest of the balance.
For future reference: Have a budget plan in mind before making commitments for any significant amount of money. Know how much you need to save each week, and set it aside as soon as you get paid so you know you have it.
