I can do work at school and tuition, but I just can't be bothered at home. Thus, I almost never did any homework and study at home. Which obviously is a problem.

Advice?

I have the same problem. What I do is ill do the assigned homework in school when I find the time, or ill arrange to get in a skype call and well do the homework together. Hope this helps.

I like the first part. I'll get to it when I can. Doing homework with others, though Skype? Hmm, maybe not my thing but sure. Well, thank you for the advice anyways.
