So I have confirm relationship with my boyfriend. And not long ago we accidentally had sex. And that troubles me, from how I grew up I was taught to not have sex until I’m married. We met a few times after too and I feel very attach to him now, I even lie to my parents and went and saw him. End up having sex again and I slept over at his house.
And all these things is something not allow to happen, if my family knew I would becomr a disgrace probably be disowned. ( he is a very nice and caring person.) what shall I do? Continue this relationship secretly or shall I break up and not let my parents be disappointed if they find out

It's probably not good to lie to your parents, but at the same time, you're in a tough situation... I would say to do whatever you feel comfortable doing right now. If you feel as if you are being a disgrace by having sex, then explain to your boyfriend that you want to stop. Number one thing though, is that you are going to be safe no matter how you chose to deal with this.
