Any Advice? (3)

I've been feeling empty. I spent the last 30 minutes crying when I should have been doing homework. I keep having panic attacks but I never talk to anyone about it. I have a therapist but I have a really hard time sharing my feelings. I feel like I burden everyone around me and I hate myself for not being good enough. I want to feel happy again not just in short moments. Sorry for venting so much but if anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it.

Since you dont really like to told people about your feelings, why don you try to let it out things that annoys you in your head here~? maybe it can help you a little bit~

oh! andmaybe some comedy anime can lighten up you a little bit like Ansatsu no Kyoushitsu, Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou, and Saiki Kusuo no Psi nan~
