I know this might be depressing (2)

Personally, I find love to be irrelevant it isn't something mental but I fell that I should care without getting emotionally attached because if I do when they die I might get depressed again and a while back that did happen so I'm asking all of you to decide if I should open up again or no because I'm afraid of being hurt again and again

Personally, I think that loving and caring about someone is opening up yourself to be hurt, yet not giving a damn about it, because to you they're worth it.

I won't tell you what to do. But, you should think about it. If you're not ready to open up to someone because you're afraid of getting hurt then that's fine.

But, let me just say that having someone to care and love about is also a very nice feeling. Try to remember all the good things about having someone that you care about.

The thing is, I think, that a lot of the times when you lose someone you care about, you spend so much time focusing on the hurt you felt for losing them, that you forget all the good times you've had. And I just don't think that's fair to both you and the person you lost.

Wouldn't that person rather you think of them and remember all the happy memories you've shared? I know that when I die, that's what I'd want for all my loved ones :)
