Personally I find that I am usually a leader when it comes to a lot of things, however when it comes to interacting directly with women, I turn into a follower. Is there anything wrong with this?

Not that i know. Do what you want and what you like. Following is just easy and more fun sometimes. But depends on if you have a spine to pull your own weight and further her plans. Or just let her lead and go easy going. Or whatever. All is fine.

Honestly i like strong people. And following, leading or being alienated. Its all part of life.

And hopefully i didn't take what you meant wrongly like you becoming a gofer or a person who just gives endless compliment to women. Or you just being sub... I mean there are a lot of ways for the questions to work. But in my case i'd go with my first answer and paragraph.
