Depends. But if your scared. If your a shut in. If your seeking for a passion or a goal in life. If you don't know how to talk or fear you restrict yourself and are killing yourself from that inaction or whatever. If you simply lost fun in everyday or what you like... Who knows. Maybe i can help a bit.
Everyone is different. No one heals the same. But others experience might still be usefull... Different yet human. At least i changed my own life a lot. Even if it took me 3-4 years to do it. And was harsh. May help
