You could also type-rant your frustrations. This would be better with a friend who you both trust and would be alright with you ranting to them. If nobody comes to mind, just make sure you don't type it anywhere where you can accidentally send it to someone. That's what I usually do, anyway.

>>1 For me I just try to find my center and think of how they could have something bad going on in their life right now. They could also be a huge asshole, so there's also the secondary option of just ignoring them. If your not angry because of another person, just try to think about how your body works. Why did you get angry? Was it a valid reason? Why? How can you work so that you may never get mad about this again (This could be like never talking to someone again)?
