Does anyone have any advice with transferring to a new school(in a different country)and in the middle of the year?

I got no experience but I can give a vague advice. First of all, please research on the culture of the country. Whether its the general culture or specific little trends. This is because you wouldn't want to offend anyone etc. Schools should be generally the same. So watch out for the basic things. Be yourself and the right people will come to you. Lastly, focus on the actual purpose of school and nothing much esle.
