So i've always been a good debater. But recently i've been in a sort of slump. Sometimes i can't seem to articulate my ideas properly, and my mind just seems muddled, and i can't get my performance up to the level it used to be. Even more frustrating is that because of this, i've taken to practicing making speeches and watching debates on my own, but my progress isn't improving and is staying low. My teacher tells me that because i have a good "brain", i give my 120% into just spewing out all the ideas that just come into my mind, but when i do this there are just too many ideas so i don't elaborate properly and my structure is horrible. Any help on how to improve my structure (it's asian parliamentary by the way) and just be a better debater in general?? Thankies ~

Try to have your ideas fix on one main idea or all in one group. Try to have things to back up your ideas. Maybe organize your ideas and take on 1 at a time to declutter your thinking. Just basic tips
