my brother knows about me being sexually assaulted and he calls me ho and whore and everything else and it really hurts me, of course you are probably thinking why not tell your parents? well trust me no matter what they tell him it isnt working. anyways to continue on with the sexual assault part im afraid of older men because of it and it also made me not trust loved family members..

I take it you have a decent relationship with your parents, yes? If that's the case they should be able to help you with what I'm gonna suggest.
I would suggest seeing a counselor or therapist who preferably specializes in sexual assault victims or something similar. Personally, I can't give much advice but I can tell you that after some similar shit happened to me I found therapy to be extremely helpful. There are times where I'm still scared of people, but it is leaps and bounds better than it used to be. Part of that is because I found a good support system of friends and some family. I'm aware therapy isn't for everyone, but I wanted to put that option out there for you in the case it sounded like your kind of thing.

I guess you have to stay away from your brother. being near him doesnt help anyone. Ill suggest you to go to a counselor or a therapist. you can also talk about it to your most trusted friend :D
