So recently my bisexual bestfriend just came out of closet to me and I’ve been expecting her to tell me that for over a year. But after she came out she kind of change and treat me differently which makes me think that she’s starting to catch feelings on me. She never really gets really touchy with me and show affection before but now she always wants to stay with me and even lay with me on the bed and won’t stop distracting me by pinching me on almost every part of my body since i am ticklish. We are also housemates so we spend time almost all the time. But sometimes I feel like she just started to get more closer to me because I’m being understanding towards her. I don’t want to lose a friend but im starting to feel uncomfortable around her now. Soooooo what should I do?

Just come straight out and establish your boundaries in the nicest way you can. As your best friend she should be able to respect that you don't want her constantly getting physical with you.
