As the title says, I have feelings for a guy. He lives halfway across the world from me, there's a language barrier and I have no money at all.

I'm scared that I seem uninteresting to him and I'm terrified that I'll lose him. I don't say this to him though, it'd be very clingy of me.

You have to fix the language barrier and of course, get money. Its good enough if you liked him, you can hint him without being clingy, so that he understands. Well, lets not jump to conclusions and see for yourself. Make sensible sacrifices and go for it.
