What should I do? (4)

I constantly yell/lash out at people when I'm upset or mad because they repeatedly tell me the same things which annoy me. I don't feel it was right to react that way afterwards when I've calmed, i have acted poorly and immaturely. I wish to change these habits but I don't know what I should do or how to do it. I've repeatedly thought maybe it's better if I suicide so I wouldn't have to deal with them and make other people have to get repeatedly yelled at by me just because I'm annoyed. Another thing is when I'm called to do something I would say okay but I tend to take my time and not go immediately. Is there a way to change these dumb habits of mine. I get so mad at myself not understanding how and what to do to change. Please and thank you, I really need some ideas on what I could do....

I'm not sure how to deal with anger, but if you got told repeatedly by someone about something. There is a chance what they are saying is worth repeating. Maybe you have to just listen and think, why am I being asked about this again? Maybe if you change your views, you might see why. This will also stop you from being angry as you will be focused on figuring out why. All in all, you can stop being angry at the moment and stop others to ask you the same questions because you might potentially figure it out.

No to suicide please, it won't solve your problem. It might be peace for you, but not others. Why? Because your death is someone's esle loss.

The other habit, its just procrastination, its common for many people. Once again, don't get mad and focus on the task at hand. Its either you change your mindset and also act after being told. Or make plans. Allow others to force you to do it. Whatever it is, don't get mad and find a way to solve it.

Soon enough you will understand and actually change. It just requires a bit of effort and time.
