My friend goes crazy violent whenever she sees something she doesn't like. She can't control her strength and she doesn't know when shes hurting some one. She almost crushed my throat. I'm concerned because even my martial arts experience is no match against her strength. I scared she might hurt someone badly and get into trouble. Any suggestions on how to let her know that she is a berserk er or to control it?
For a start, increase your own speed a bit to avoid her attacks, and don't be afraid to hurt her if she is hurting you. That's just some advice for you.
But to help her, have her start mindfulness meditation, and see how that goes for a while. It may help, I'm not 100% sure, but it might help. There is an app you can download called Smiling Mind and it is all about mindfulness meditation. I recommend she gets that and practices it every night. It will also give ideas to her about ways to stay calm, even when she gets angry.
But if you want to let her know, set up a camera to record a video of he seeing something she doesn't like, and then show her the video. I would recommend against it though, at least until she has learnt to control it a little more.
This has to be satirical, there is no way something this idiotic can be anything except that. You sound like horrible dialogue from a childish cartoon. My only suggestion to this is to get an actual life or stop wasting air, either one is better than you coming to a website to answers to your "friend" who doesn't know how to control herself. You don't even know how to lie, and you're on the internet, the easiest place to do so, and yet people can still see right through your pathetic intentions
