Let me rephrase it, most people who beg for money aren't truly homeless. Most can get a job, or have a house and car. That's why they look at me pissed off when I give them food lol. If they were truly homeless they would be grateful for free food, not upset.
I have volunteered at a homeless shelter and the regulars are truly in need of help that money won't fix. They are mentally ill or addicted to something.
Also most truly homeless people don't beg for money, I have only seen very few people do so. Most do something like art or music and not just a sign. Others don't beg but rummage through trash.
Also I didn't judge the person prior to you knowing them in
>>18. They had the privilege, still do, to get a temporary job just to have a roof over their head. I worked at fast food and have a job while taking out student loans. I don't know anyone who would drop their job, especially when in debt, which led me to conclude they are too lazy to get a temporary job before a career in law.
It also seemed as though you judged me as an asshole and didn't think of my previous experiences with homeless and beggars. Again, most truly homeless people, are not beggars.
