I was wondering on the bus yesterday why do people take the jobs they have? I'm un-employed so I wanted to ask people who are employed to gain some insight. If I can get a few reasons that would be appreciated

Because I need money ^^ no seriously there's no other reason ^^

Because I haven't placed an application anywhere else yet.
I haven't done so because I'm friends with two out of five of my bosses as I'd feel sorry for them if I left because a shitload of people have left because the job pays like shit, and one of the other three bosses is such a royal prick that he's caused more than a few of the people who left to leave.

I'm fuckin' swamped because they refuse to hire new people because it's apparently cheaper to just have me and the last few poor souls who are stupid enough to stay do it.

But college classes march on, and I'll be able to apply for an apprenticeship in the near future.
