My best friend lives halfway across the globe and it's been a year since I've seen her. She is the best friend I could ever have, but I feel as if we're getting distant because our times don't match and we can never talk. We haven't video messaged either; just text. What can I do to keep us closer?

how about social media? exchanging photos, videos or games.

Not really. We prefer to talk more about stuff we can do together privately online, or what we would do once we reunite (if we ever do TT). We encourage each other a heck a lot, but we don't really talk about our daily lives. Probably because then the fact that we're apart would be too real. But thanks for the letter suggestion, I'll give it a shot ~~

I live pretty far away from my Besty, we do our best to keep talking actively, sometimes it'll feel like you're drifting away but just keep making an effort to talk to them everyday.

Maybe make arrangements to see them sometime in the future too?
