Hi Dollars,

This year has been rough. It has been a mistake after another. I used to be a student at an university but all went bad. I lost my friends due to gossip, I had to move away and this semester I couldn't get back to school because of personal issues. I have been living with my parents for some months now and i thought it could have been a chance to recover. But it hasn't been the case. Been jumping from job to job as a tempt and haven't been able to land a solid job. All this time my sanctuary has been only art. I got a station where I spend most of my days painting. I think I'm good at it so i do it every time I can. My parents think that it is just me not trying to get a job. My stepdad complained that I can't do something that doesn't get me any money so I should stop doing art and get a real job that pays. He is right, no how i am good, art doesn't matter if I can't move forward with it. So I spend to days learning how I could sell those art pieces , to prove him wrong. So I made a patreon so maybe I could get some people who are as interested in it as I am. The reason I write this now is because the last few days I've been working in a shipping warehouse. But today I got laid off, needless to say I am devastated because even though I didn't like it, it was a means to not be such a loser in my life.

It may be asking for much, but would you help me to prove to my parents that maybe art is not such a bad thing. I know it can be asking for much but maybe with patreon and all the rewards I'm willing to give out to you, maybe I can do art and not have to fight about whether or not my art skills are good thing.

Would you maybe consider being patron?

If you don't know what patreon is, it is a website where creators such as myself go to get some financial support to create more. The way it works is that you become a patron, which means that you get rewards based on a monthly tip. It can be $1, or $5. A happy meal worth. There are also rewards that go up to $20, though they are not required but you do get more stuff. In my case you could get prints of my work and a chance to an actual canvased oil painting.
That is what i do. Classical oil paintings like in museums. Sadly, I would have to stop because for my family it is a waste if I can't earn something with it. And they are right. I know is much but it would change my world to have people who are supportive of what I do.

Would you let me know if you would be interested?

My patreon is

I also have an Instagram with the same name of CaciqueArt. Check out what I have so you can have an idea of what I do.

Thank you if you read over all of this. And Hope it can all work out.

It is probably best to get a job or a good part time for now, it can be hard getting money as an artist if you aren't really well known. You can start showing off you work at sites like taptastic (you can receive tips here,1000 coins are like a dollar, webtoons LINE, devianart. You can also stream in hopes of getting donations on sites like twitch and picarto.
